Since 2010, Elektronorm has adopted a code of ethics and an organizational model compliant with the principles set forth in Legislative Decree 231/01 . These systems are integrated with the most advanced international certifications on specific management areas which, in unison and together with technologies and procedures capable of ensuring the protection of personal data and information, constitute our ESG system for correct and sustainable corporate governance.
Elektronorm recently joined the Italian chapter of the United Nations Global Compact , embracing its ethical and sustainability principles.

The Company’s Organizational Model 231 is constantly updated thanks to continuous interaction between the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Body. The Board of Auditors in its role as Supervisory Body is also informed of such updates.
Offences that do not constitute an inherent risk for the company are mentioned in the general part of the Model, but are excluded from the gap analysis activity. The model outlines the correctness of the performance of company processes according to internal control standards.

Elektronorm has adopted a Guideline for reporting, even anonymously, alleged irregularities and violations of our code of ethics, implementing specific communication channels for their reception.
The management of the aforementioned communication channels has been entrusted to an external entity (WhisleB) which ensures the receipt and analysis of each report by applying maximum confidentiality criteria suitable, among other things, to protect the honorability of the reported persons and the effectiveness of the investigations, in accordance with the provisions of the law in Legislative Decree 24/03 and Law no. 179/2017 on whistleblowing.
Anyone who receives a report outside of the established channels should promptly forward it to the dedicated channel.
Elektronorm’s functions dedicated to receiving and processing reports guarantee the absolute confidentiality and anonymity of the reporting persons, using for this purpose criteria and methods of communication suitable for protecting the data of the persons mentioned in the reports, as well as the anonymity of the reporting persons. Retaliatory or discriminatory acts against the reporting person in good faith are expressly prohibited.
Disciplinary sanctions are foreseen for those who make reports in bad faith, or with malice or gross negligence, which prove to be unfounded.
